Korea AGI (the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related laws and takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected in connection with our website and education services. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

1. Personal information we collect

We collect the following when you send an inquiry or apply for training online.

• Required: name, email address
• Optional: phone number, inquiry type and message, and account details if you sign up

2. Purposes of collection and use

• Receiving and answering inquiries, and providing training information
• Confirming training applications and course-related notices
• Improving our services and responding to user requests

3. Retention period

We destroy personal information without delay once its purpose has been fulfilled, except where the law requires us to keep it for a set period. Inquiry records are kept for up to three years after we reply, then destroyed.

4. Disclosure to third parties

As a rule, we do not provide your personal information to third parties, except with your prior consent or where required by law.

5. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Email our privacy officer below and we will act without delay.
