Taking courses
Can I join if I know nothing about AI?
Yes. Most courses are designed for beginners. If you can use a mouse and keyboard, that’s enough — the instructor guides you step by step on screen.
Can I choose online or in-person?
It depends on the course. Each course page shows the format (online, in-person or blended), and online classes can be replayed during the enrollment period.
Do you issue certificates?
A Korea AGI certificate is issued when you complete at least 80% of the curriculum. For institutional and corporate training, completion confirmations are provided by arrangement.
How long can I access a course?
Online courses can be replayed without limit for the set enrollment period (varies by course) from the date you enroll.
Enrollment & refunds
How do I enroll?
Sign up, then choose a course in the Classroom. Online payment for paid courses is coming soon; until then, please apply through our contact form.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds are available before the course starts. After it starts, refunds follow applicable Korean law (the Private Teaching Institutes Act and the E-Commerce Act) based on sessions completed. Please contact us for details.
Corporate & institutional training
Do you offer group training for companies and institutions?
Yes. We support everything from a curriculum tailored to your staff to on-site delivery. Tell us your group size, goals and schedule via the contact form and we’ll send a tailored proposal.
Are there limits on where you can teach?
We teach anywhere in Korea and also offer live online training, including for organizations overseas. Schedules and terms are arranged by location and group size.
Do you provide equipment such as laptops?
Equipment rental or support for practice sessions is available by arrangement. Your own equipment can also be used — just let us know when you inquire.
Partnerships & other
Where do I send a partnership proposal?
On the contact form, choose “Partnership”and send your proposal — our team will review it and get back to you. We welcome all kinds of collaboration, including co-run courses, content supply and venue partnerships.
